    I pulled my sciatic nerve back when I was teaching aerobics and was on crutches for several weeks. It was very painful, and I feel for anyone who suffers with chronic back pain. Thanks for an informative resource!

    Very interesting. I haven't had back pain for several years now (since I gave up playing squash) but it's good to know that medical techniques are improving for fixing these things.
