Percy Harvin is an amazing offensive weapon with his powerful combination of speed, hands, versatility, and his ability to gain extra yards after catching the ball. Percy has had an excellent rookie season and has really benefited from the experience and mentoring from veteran quarterback Brett Favre. Running back Adrian Peterson has been a prime benefitiary from the improvement in the passing game thanks in part to the addition of Harvin.

William Percival "Percy" Harvin III (born May 28, 1988) is a rookie wide receiver and kick returner for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League. He was voted Offensive Rookie of the Year for the 2009/10 season by the Associated Press.
Harvin played college football at the University of Florida. He was on national championship teams in both Pop Warner and in the NCAA. He attended and played football for Landstown High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where his team won the Virginia High School State Championship in 2004.
