Basically I felt the need to build this lens so I can help the members of my
network marketing team build their business.. So this is part tutorial part
information. Much of what I do I believe should be given away freely. If you
want to earn the respect of the people you are potentially going to build a
business with it is very important that you give 100% of yourself to helping
them achieve their goals..That is just one of the secrets to magnetic sponsoring
or attraction marketing...

companies believing that all they have to do is make a few phone calls spend a
few bucks and their business is going to make them a fortune, imagine the look
on their face when they realize that it really doesn't work that way. I feel bad
for people who join these "great business opportunities"

Funded Proposals are systems that are designed to give you front end money
while you build your long term residual income. Online people don't care as much
about the product as they do what is in it for them. Without a funded proposal
it is nearly impossible to make enough money to continue the growth of your
network marketing business.

Success in network marketing will come down to YOU building a solid team of
networkers under you. You can realistically build a huge downline with only a
handful of people. The secret will be giving the person you bring into your
business the tools they need to fund the growth of their business. People join
people not companies so it is very important you give the people you work with
tools that are effective in the growth of their business.

magnetic sponsoring series , you do not need to go out and buy magnetic
sponsoring to benefit from attraction marketing. Simply put the information and
technology you need to learn you can learn for free with a little research. But
I want to get you started on the right foot. Basically it is imperative that you
brand yourself online, that is the first step to magnetic sponsoring.

Because of web 2.0 you now can do leave your fingerprint on all sorts of free
services that will build your brand. Squidoo is a perfect example of using a
free service to build your brand. You tube video's is also a good way to brand
yourself online. In everything that you do online to grow your business make it
easy for a person to learn more about you. If you are not doing these things yet
start it will mean the difference between you making money and just beating your
head against the wall

Steps to building your brand and getting people to
find you:

I don't cold call people, I don't beg anyone to join me in anything, 100% of
the time they are looking for me. This type of situation makes building a
business online a pleasure.

• Join Social Network Groups


• Create a Blog

You can tie everything together so that every thing you do points back to
your business. Always leave your calling cards where people can see them. In
your email signatures tell people to follow you on twitter, give them your Face
Book information. The more people that see you as the expert the more people
will be looking to work with you.

Tip: If you are new to this entire industry and
don't know what to say or even where to begin, you can start with something
called private label rights... Private label rights basically mean that you can
use someone else's work and you get the credit. Most private label stuff need a
total re-write to make it effective, but it is a place you can start if you have
nothing to say...You can even outsource the article writing process, it all
depends on what your budget looks like.

Internet Network Marketing Success: If you are in a
network marketing business online you are an internet network marketer. You need
both skills to be successful in this industry. The basic set up looks like this

Landing page-->build your list-->funnel your traffic-->sell your
products

You should be: Branding yourself in the process,
offering good content to your email subscribers and building relationships with
people who raise their hand and say YES I want to work with you.

Without traffic you have no business! Squidoo is one way to get free quality
traffic to your business while branding yourself at the same time.
