Personal Development Tips

Personal development starts in your mind - it's all about self belief and knowing, without a shadow of a doubt, that you really can be, do and have whatever you want in life. The problem has always been instailling that belief within yourself, and putting it into practice every day.

If you can picture yourself overflowing with confidence, always saying the right thing at the right time, attracting all the right people into your life, and achieving all your goals and dreams, you're as good as there.

Here I aim to share some practical personal development  tips and techniques you can start to use today to build yourself a better life and a better you.

Personal Development with Magic Hats

Personal development is all about believing you can improve the quality of your life in every area where you wish to make changes. The cliche "seeing is believing" plays a very large part in improving yourself.

The perfect example is when you actually see someone accomplish something - whether that something is almost "out of this world", or more down-to-earth, and especially when it is something that is also important to you.

Having seen it happen, you are much better able to believe that it is possible - even if not for you - yet.

When you see a "formula" in action and delivering results, you really do start to believe in it. This is why "hard evidence" is very important for people to believe in something. But if we look at this from a spiritual perspective, we see that just the opposite is true.

So what do I mean by that?

Seeing is Believing - or is it Believing is Seeing?

The old cliche is the other way round - "seeing is believing" in the spiritual world becomes "believing is seeing". I'm sure you've heard many time before, especially where personal development techniques are concerned, that to see something happen in your life you must first visualise it and believe it is true.

If you can see it in your "minds eye", you can make it happen - but simply visualising isn't always that easy - unless you learn a few easy magic tricks to help get you in "the zone".

Have You Got Any Magic Hats?

I did this recently with a new e-course I was told about by a new (and close) friend of mine - the course is called Magic Hats - and the great thing about it - apart from the fact that it really worked like gang busters for me, is that's it's free.

The 30 minute course showed me some very simple techniques (that I now use everyday) to help control my negative emotions, and really expand on my positive ones. I've used it to help take control over the anxiety and panic attacks I was experiencing, virtually everyday - though I personally now know other people who use it to improve their performance in their chosen sport, to overcome their fear of flying, to improve the business lives and career paths, and even to simply feel happier in their everyday life.

I learnt how to take control of my negative emotions (when I was feeling particularly anxious about something) and in that exact same moment, to turn that feeling of panic into a feeling of elation and really deep-set happiness.

If I hadn't tried it myself I wouldn't have believed it, but I stand before you today a changed (and certainly much happier) person - and so far I've only used my yellow hat - there's still another 4 hats to go.
