Building a Business Using The Power of Colors
As an entrepreneur, understanding the personality of your potential customer is a powerful tool to building a successful home-based business. The more you can feel what they feel and understand what is driving their own personal goals, the more you'll be able to help them build their home-based business. The network marketing industry is built on the ability to build relationships with people interested in finding their own successful home-based business.
If I were to offer a Blue personality tons of research data to dig through, several websites and articles to analyze before joining my home-based business, they would feel overwhelmed and bored by my presentation.
Give a Blue personality the opportunity to see how much fun they can have building a home-based business in your organization. Find out what they consider fun and help them pursue that avenue or work towards that goal.

If the Blue personality talks to the Green personality in way that makes sense to the Blue, the Green will see them as flighty. They will also see them as someone who might not give them enough information, only scratching the surface of what they need to make a decision.
The above example is important to building a strong home-based business.
The business owner only has a few minutes to attract a new customer or home-based business owner to them. If we talk to them in a way they can not understand, they will move on to a distributor they can relate to and one they feel can help them build their own successful business.

Blues are Open and Direct. When you talk to a blue about a Network Marketing MLM, they will say whatever they are thinking and you'll learn a lot about them.Blues don't actually read their policies and procedures or study the compensation plan. They skim them and assume they will be fine as they are in a hurry to get started building their business.
Greens are Closed and Indirect. Good luck getting much information out of them, but give them some facts and figures about your MLM opportunity and they will happily analyze them for hours, days, weeks and sometimes even years. Greens want all the facts and figures.
Yellows are Open and Indirect. They will talk to you, but not directly. They will not want to hurt your feelings or anyone else's. Yellows are very sensitive and will only be interested using the network marketing business to benefit others.
Reds are Closed and Direct. The red is so direct that they can be viewed as aggressive and rude at times. They aren't interested in small talk. The reds just want to know if you are interested in their business. If not, then they are on to the next person. Many reds leave a trail of dead blues, yellows and greens in their quest for network marketing MLM success.
Every personality is exciting and wonderful. Having a wide variety of personalities in your organization will do nothing but enhance your business.
Blues will help everyone have fun and brighten their day.
Greens will happily analyze details for your team helping everyone else keep abreast of the finest details.
Yellows will happily help anyone and everyone and feel they are truly blessed to be building a business and helping people as well.
Reds will never quit. They will persistently push through all barriers to meet success head on and bask in its glory.
