Personality Types And Differences

On a piece of paper draw a horizontal. Write at the left end the word "task" and at the right end people. Now draw a verticle line that intersects the horizontal line. At the top of the line write the word "Outgoing" or Extrovert. At the bottom of the line write the word "Reserved," "shy", or "Introverted." You now have a figure with four quadrants. In the top left quadrant write the letter D. in the top right quadrant write the letter "I." In the bottom left quadrant write the letter "C." In the bottom right quadrant write the letter "I." If you read clockwise starting with the D, then you will read DISC. (It is easier to remember.) Now, the top half is outgoing and the the bottom half is introverted. The left half is task oriented and the right half is people oriented. If you are an outgoing person that is task oriented you are a D (Dominant)or Choleric. If you are outgoing and people oriented you are I (Influential) or Sanguine. If you are reserved and people oriented you are phelgmatic. If you are Introverted amd task oriented you are a "C" (?) or melancholy.
