Peru is very rich in fauna and flora, so logically it has the best food. Every meal is carefully prepared by the chefs, which by the way are not 4 nor 5 stars chef, they cook for the pleasure. Have you ever notice how many words there are for delicious?, flavory, tasty, delectable, scrumptious, mouth-watering; all of this words resumes in two: Peruvian Food. Food it is not only sitting down to eat, every meal is a whole ritual, it's about relaxing, taking deep breaths with every tasteful bite, enjoying every piece of it, all the flavors combines to finally be satisfied not only because one is full but rather the taste  it's unforgettable. Peruvians are big eaters, they do not care about cars, money nor clothes, the main thing for them it is FOOD.
