New Canine Vaccination Guidelines

Are you confused about what vaccines to give your dog? Does he REALLY need them?

Veterinarians have been so successful educating pet owners about the importance of vaccines over the past years that the prevalence of deadly diseases has been greatly reduced. Pet owners are no longer fearful of deadly diseases such as canine parvovirus and canine distemper. Today, they are more concerned about the potential side effects that vaccines may cause.

Because of advances in vaccine technology, fewer vaccines may need to be given less often. The American Animal Hospital Association recently published a set of guidelines to help veterinarians and pet owners decide what vaccines are necessary and when. The guidelines are based on a combination of published and unpublished scientific studies, expert opinion, and personal experience.

The guidelines classify vaccines as core (every dog needs), non-core (optional), or not recommended. Core vaccines for both puppies and adult dogs include parvovirus, distemper, adenovirus, and rabies. Non-core vaccines include parainfluenza, measles, leptospirosis, bordetella, and lymes. Vaccines not recommended include coronovirus and giardia. There are also two new vaccines on the market-a rattlesnake venom vaccine and a periodontal (dental) disease vaccine. Because of a lack of field evidence for both vaccines, no position has been taken on the use of these vaccines.

According to the guidelines, adult dogs should receive vaccine boosters on core vaccines either yearly, or every three years. No puppy between the ages of six and sixteen weeks should be left unvaccinated with the core vaccines. Like infants, puppies must receive a series of vaccines spaced three to four weeks apart in order to build up a proper level of immunity.

My New Website Specializes in Pet PLR

http://www.petcareplr.com

I'm currently in the process of setting up my own pet PLR website. I would love to hear from anyone who may be interested in purchasing content. What are your needs?

Please visit http://www.petcareplr.com and let me know what your pet PLR needs are by signing up to my list.

You'll also be the first to know when I have new pet PLR available to purchase!

Top Five Reasons to Purchase My Pet PLR Articles for Your Website or Blog

5. Because you would rather do anything else than write content for your website. You'd rather be marketing it! After all, marketing is what you do best. And we all know that marketing for the pet niche is not for the faint of heart!

According to the National Pet Product Manufactuers Assocation, 63% of U.S. households own a pet and in 2005, these pet owners spent over 36 billion dollars on their pets. Yes--36 BILLION dollars!

If you haven't jumped on the pet niche bandwagon yet you could be missing out! 36 billion dollars can be split MANY ways. My articles will make it easier for you to get your piece of the pie.

4. Readers visit a website to learn something. They don't want to be sold. Quality content educates the reader and has the ability to take a product or service and present it in a way that is not too persuasive or "pitchy."

I offer a unique slant to the pet niche because of my background and experience with veterinary medicine and pet owners. I know how to educate your readers because I've done it everyday for the past seven years!

3. Your time is more wisely spent doing something other than writing. Purchasing high-quality content that only needs minor tweaking can get the job done in less time, which saves you money. And unlike a full-time employee, you pay for my PLR articles only when you need them.

2. PLR articles offer you the most bang for your buck. Besides using them to give your website's content a boost, you can use them for blogs, ezines, rss feeds, and article directories. Be sure to alter the content slightly to make it uniquely yours. This will make the content even more valuable to you.

1. You can save LOTS of money buying my pet PLR articles in batches as opposed to hiring a content provider to write each one seperately. A lot of writers charge between $20 and $30 for a unique 400 word article. That means a batch of 5 articles would cost you around $125 dollars! $10 for a batch of 5 articles is A LOT cheaper--and all you have to do is modify the content slightly!

Plus, what do these writers know about pets? Not as much as I do! My articles also tend to be longer than 400 words so you are getting even more bang for your buck!
