Guava and Custard Apple Snow Egg - The Finale recipe from Masterchef Australia

A dessert with 8 stages that takes 3 hours to cook is not something I am brave enough to attempt but it is something that I hope to have the good fortune to eat one day. This amazing dessert was the last challenge in the finale of Masterchef Australia (season 2). The creation of Peter Gilmour, executive chef from Australia's best restaurant Quay in Sydney.

Are you brave enough to attempt this?
