Peter Green is one of Britain's most amazing musicians. Peter Green was the founder of Fleetwood Mac. The group was known as Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac which was formed after he left John Mayalls blues breakers. Peter Green is a sublime guitarist, enigmatic and a somewhat troubled personality.
Following an ill-fated visit to a German commune early in his career Peter Green suffered serious mental health problems associated with the taking of LSD. He has regained his health over the years and now performs and records. One of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time his present group is The Peter Green Splinter Group

- I am a professional guitar player and Peter Green was a huge influence. I still listen to and study him all the time. I have written a couple of articles on the early Peter Green for anyone who is interested.
