OIL
See the encyclopedia information below for the details.
Very scary world situation with dwindling supplies and increasing demands for oil. I dare anyone to say that oil stocks are not a good investment! If you can't beat them --JOIN THEM--! The world is blowing through oil at a rate of 30 BILLION barrels per year! North America's share is 8.4 billion barrels -OMG- !
Canada is a safe OIL PRODUCING NATION!
Invest in CANADA...
I can say that in a kind of "cold-blooded" and selfish kind of way. But honestly, deep down, I am very worried about the long term environmental consequences. The ultimate solution, of course is to focus our collective resources towards finding SAFE alternate sources of fuel for our increasing needs. We have to decrease our dependence on oil!
Also, in the interval of time it will take to research and develop these new technologies, WE SHOULD CONSERVE AND RECYCLE!

Canada may be a safe OIL PRODUCING NATION but what damage is being done to the environment? I am a proud Canadian, don't get me wrong. Production in the oil sands has and is causing a lot of environmental damage - and health problems. Let's not forget that. What is being done to protect the environment? Canada (and the oil companies) can make a lot of money and fill our tanks but at what cost? Posted April 25, 2008 |
