- excellent info! My best friend was always a dog until I became allergic. Now it is a cockatiel. yet the fact remains that in an emergency/disaster situation you must have ample supplies for your family pet as they are a member of the family. Many people forget this little fact and let the "animals" go by the wayside! This is an excellent lens and I am glad to see it!

- Thanks for the great tips. It's so important to be prepared during a disaster with your pets. So many times people prepare for themselves and pets are left stranded. If you love your animals, it's so important to have the right things ready for them too. Plently of food and even some basic medical supplies incase something happens.
