Now With Mini Games

Mini Games - Now you can play games like Tic-Tac-Toe and Rock-Paper-Scissors with your Dogz! This is a brand new feature to the series. There are 5 mini games in all. Some Petz get cold in the Snow Scene. Remember to put a sweater on them first by visiting the Salon.

The Nursery is where the mother takes all her babies to keep them safe until they're old enough to come out on their own. The Nursery is only accessible by mothers. They will first take you there when they announce the birth of their babies and each time after that when you take the mother out to play with her until her babies are old enough to be on their own. You cannot go to the Nursery Playscene through the 'Go To' menu, only automatically when you take a mother out.

I bought this for my daughter (8 yrs old) and she plays it just about every day for about 15 or 20 minutes. She says she likes the game and it is indeed a neat little game. I even find myself humming the little melody that plays when you launch it and the one during gameplay.

I bought this game a week ago, and for me is a nice game to play, you can adopt the cats, and give names, put different clothes, go to the park and play with other cats, you can also download toys, and other things...It is a fun game. But you have to remember, because this is a game about cats, sometimes is hard to make them do stuff, so you gotta try couple times to make that happen, you can also level up and be able to have up to 10 cats. Like I said before, if you are a cat lover, you must have this game.

You will be asked for a serial number when starting Petz 5 or Petz 4 (with the v4.2 patch) if your XP account does not have Administrative privileges. You should have no problem getting in the game by clicking "Cancel" when asked for a serial number. This does not happen if your XP account has Administrative privileges. Take care of up to 22 baby petz and help them grow. As newborns, your baby petz will need to be picked up and played with, and eventually taught to crawl. When night comes, help them fall asleep by rocking them or singing them a lullaby.

The graphics are kind of funky, but cute nevertheless. Kids find some humor an whimsy in the game as well. For example, a pig who is making his way through the backyard walks over a paintbrush and his head is subsequently painted blue. In various playscenes, different animals arrive from time to time, such as a pig and a bunny in the backyard, a circus dog in the circus playscene, and a Chihuahua with a tiny mustache in the Wild West play area.

Dress them up in fun costumes and accessories ? Unlock tons of accessories and up to 20 different costumes. Does your pet love food? Maybe a chef costume is more suitable for their personality. How about a Princess, Pirate or Rockstar?

Things like toyz and food can be found in the Playscenes and won by playing the minigames. It's a lot like a scavenger hunt! Look in cabinets, on the walls, and in every room. Remember, for each item you find and put into the Carrying Case, you can then take EVERYWHERE with you.

For a finicky eater, soften their food with water from the kitchen sink. The food will look no different, but when you put the bowl down for your pet to eat they are more likely to eat than to refuse.

If you're as bunny crazy as I am (which is a lot) this game is perfect for you! I admit giving the bunnies the ability to speak is a little silly but it's a really cute game! I'm entertained for hours because you can brush them, play mini games, let them out of their cages to run around and open presents!
