The Maria Cristina Falls, on the Agua River in the island of Mindanao, is one of many sources of hydroelectric power in the Philippines. The Philippines also has significant potential resources in geothermal, tidal, and solar energy, in addition to established fossil fuel resources.

Energy is a hot topic in the Philippines, from conflicts over contract assignment and regulatory affairs, to plans to realize immense potentials in newer, renewable generation technologies, to the reliability of transmission systems. How else could it be, in a country of more than 7000 islands, with a volatile tropical climate?

    Including in the Philippines Energy sources is the Solar. In fact, some home owners already used Solar Pool Heater. Solar Pool Heater reduce energy cost, save the environment.
