Aviatophobia is a fear of air travel.
How is it caused?
A fear of flying or phobia of flying, can be caused by a number of reasons.
It is created in our unconscious minds as a protective mechanism and can be started by a bad in-flight experience or even by reading about plane crashes or watching events on tv.
So, the unconscious mind thinks "hold on a minute, I don't want to subject myself to these horrible dangerous situations, so I will associate terrible feelings of fear to the thought of flying, so I won't have to put myself in such a situation".
Thus an irrational fear is born.
The actual phobia manifests itself in different ways. Some people suffer severe panic upon takeoff; others experience more staggered discomfort, say, during turbulence and/or prior to landing. It's not unusual to feel anxious even once the plane has safely landed.
You don't need to live your life with an irrational fear of flying, you just need to take the first steps towards success.....

I used to be shy. Thanks to hypnosis I can now talk to thousands at a time and can approach anybody calmly and confidently.

I used to find physical work outs and exercise exhausting but because of hypnosis I am now in the best shape of my life.
Incidentally I also stopped myself blushing with hypnosis.
