Phone Card Users: What Else Does Statistics Tell

As we see a very large and interesting group of users comprises who buys only one calling card per month. This group is interesting because it unites people with opposite feelings. Some of them are happy with only one card. Others were not satisfied with any card and stopped using this service. How many members of both subgroups does the group unite we'll try to know a little later.

The small group of users with the large amount of phone cards bought is very interesting too. Imagine some of them have been buying and recharging their calling cards up to 18 times for a month (i.e. nearly every two days). I don't know about you but I'm slightly shocked with these issues.

The middle group is one forth of all users. I have nothing to say about it.

Oops! A very large group of only-one-card users has decreased from 74% to 60% because many "happy" people have gone away to the middle group. We know exactly they are 74 - 60 = 14% of all users.

All the same, other "happy" users stay here. Obviously they make phone calls with their calling cards very seldom. So named "expiration date" was invented exactly for them and their cards. How many people stay in this group? Available data don't allow knowing this.

Look at this. One forth of users spends fewer than 5 minutes to choose a phone card.
And one half of users spend fewer than 10 minutes to do this.

As we see three forth of users spend on phone cards less than $20 per month.

Yes, the majority of phone card users live in the USA.
You can ask me: "Why is the number of countries so small?" I answer this is the problem of my data base, which is not as large as Google's one.
