    Eyeglasses.com has the best Virtual Try on for glasses. It is much easier to use than FramesDirect's, and has a lot more frames in the db.

    I am not a camera expert - indeed I use 2 different point and shoot Canon cameras. I find that with so many tools available - you can touch up almost any photo regardless of camera.

    You really have to be careful with faces. It is very easy to fall into the 'uncanny valley' where things just dont look right.

    The glasses on dubya, and the doll-looking asian girl are obvious examples of this.

    All the images I use on my webpage are either from the websites of the products I am reviewing/discussing or are stock photos that I have licensed. So, I never know the names of the models.

    I find faces to be the toughest to edit. It is hard to make sure you keep just the right coloring and to cover up all blemishes.

    Thanks for dropping by. Many of the tools mentioned her are web based - so they work on PCS or Macintosh. In terms of desktop software, Apple's own products are so good there has not been a ton of development there, but I am also not an expert in that world.

    5* I see lots of lenses here for photography. I didn't have time to read closely, but are these things available for us Apple users? I spologize if its in the lens, but I can't find it.

    It's just incredible what can be done to photos! It makes me wonder, when I look at magazines, if what I'm seeing is ever reality. I'll have to look through more of your lenses. This stuff fascinates me.

    I love playing around with photos but I've been using an old program. In fact, I don't even have my kids' photos done professionally anymore. You gave me some great ideas for new software. Really helpful lens and it looks beautiful, too!
