How Do Red Light Cameras Really Work?
Law enforcement officials diligently try to keep people from breaking all traffic laws, but since they can't possibly be everywhere at once, they decided to bring in a little high-tech help.
Busy intersections are a prime area for accidents, due to drivers speeding past a red light, but sometimes a driver can be ticketed erroneously.
Red light cameras are strategically placed at pre-determined intersections. The cameras are, in most cases, placed in all corners of that intersection to photograph law breakers in the act.
The photo radar cameras are hooked to a sophisticated computer system that also acts as a trigger. The stop lights are constantly monitored and when a car reaches a certain point during a red light, the cameras are triggered to take two pictures of the vehicle.
One will be to show that it reached the trigger point during a red light and the other one will show the vehicles in the middle of the intersection to prove that it's moving forward during a red light.
These pictures make pleading a mistake on your part extremely hard to do, but not impossible. The owner of the vehicle will then receive a traffic citation in the mail, along with the picture showing the offense taking place. Here's the problem with red-light cameras - they're not always right. Many people have been ticketed when they weren't the ones driving or because someone in front of them ran the red light but the camera didn't catch them.

Are Photo Radars Legal?
There is a lot of talk going on about whether photo radar technology is a legal way to catch traffic offenders in the act. While they're seen as being no different than a police officer overseeing an intersection, questions remain as to whether or not the camera technology's way of doing it is legal compared to a traffic cop seeing it with his or her own two eyes. Those who agree with photo radar cameras state that they're perfectly legal because they merely provide proof that a driver has broken traffic laws. They also claim that since the radar cameras were installed in some cities, the percentage of people actually running red lights and speeding has dropped significantly.
Those who are against the photo radar technology say that the use of these surveillance cameras at these intersections violate the constitutional rights of all motorists. The statement that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in the judicial system goes out of the window with the use of the red light cameras, not to mention they've been proven to be wrong, costing people a lot of time and hassle trying to prove their case. In this case, it seems you are guilty until proven innocent.
Those who are accused of the traffic violation must prove their innocence because the photo of the said violation makes them guilty to start with. If that person is unable to clear themselves of the charges against them, then they are expected to pay a large traffic fine.
This has caused many people to consider protecting themselves with the use of a product like photo blocker.
This is a reversal of the usual cases where if the person isn't proven to be the culprit, they can't be charged.
The battle over the legality of photo radar cameras will continue for years to come. It's unclear if a neutral ground could ever be found in these debates.

How Do You Beat Photo Radar Technology?
Humans and machines alike make mistakes. When mistakes are made with red light cameras and someone is accused of an offense they didn't commit, how can they defend themselves to a system that deems them guilty to begin with?Sometimes our only answer to a quandary like this one is to learn how to beat the technology in the first place. Don't let the fact that a photo is taken of your vehicle and license plate beat you into submission. Something can be done to beat this violation to your rights, and it can be done today.
Photo Blocker:
Photo Blocker has developed a spray that can be applied directly to the license plate of your car. This spray provides a high gloss-like shine that isn't visible to the naked eye.Red light cameras use a high quality flash to make sure the license plate of a vehicle is clearly seen. That flash makes an ordinary license plate visible with no problem and a ticket finds its way to you in the mail.
The photo blocker spray reacts with the flash of the cameras and the gloss the spray provides makes the license plate overexpose on the camera's film, making your car impossible to be proven as the offender.
Aside from the spray, there are covers you can use on your license plate. The only legalities involved are if you block your license plate from being seen - and since it's perfectly visible to the naked eye, you won't be breaking any laws.
Try photo blocker today and prevent yourself from being on the receiving end of an unwanted traffic ticket. Click Here.

Everyone seems to forget one very important FACT, photo tickets, of any kind, are unConstitutional because you loose one very significant Right, the right to confront, face and cross examine your accusers. How in the world do you cross examine a camera and radar unit, use R2D2?

This is a pretty cool lense, might need to go and get some of that spray so that I won't get any tickets going through toledo. I've got one, because while going through the intersection all the cars stopped leaving me and a few others in the middle until we creeped up through the intersection, the light turned red while i was still out in the intersection. Ended up going to court at 10 in the morning and told the judge, they then threw it away. Didn't need to pay $100 and get 2 points on my license. Anyway's good work with this lense, kind of funny.
