What is the best physical fitness program to lose body fat quickly? That is a question that is presented to me in my fitness training consulting firm almost on a daily basis.

First off, people make the concept of a fitness workout program way too complicated. They have a tendency to sabotage results by jumping on board the health fitness fiction train. When jumping on board of this workout fallacy bandwagon, you are assured of not understanding, or following the best physical fitness program to lose body fat fast.

However, if you understand a few basic physical fitness program principles you will always know if a particular fitness routine is maximized to lose fat fast.

The powerful fitness information I share with you today will always help you determine if an exercise program is effective at burning fat fast. Just by understanding a few core fat loss fitness tips you will be way ahead of the curve in understanding what you need to look for in a weight loss fitness program.

3 Physical Fitness Program Components Needed To Lose Body Fat

1. Strength training. No matter how many pounds you need to lose, or what your fitness level is, if you are healthy, you need to be doing strength training.

Don't allow any of these fitness fiction spreaders tell you not to do strength training until you have lost weight first. This statement is totally false. Failure to do strength training on a body fat loss fitness program is sabotaging yourself.

Basic strength training is necessary for keeping your metabolically active muscles strong and fit throughout your weight loss program. Your goal should be to preserve your muscle at the same time as you strip off body fat. Therefore, it is imperative that you incorporate strength training into your physical fitness program.

Please understand, it doesn't take much time to incorporate a fitness strength program. It has been proven to take less than 1 hour a week as shown in this physical fitness program.

2. Cardiovascular training. This is a given. Most people who wish to lose body fat do so using an endurance fitness program. They feel cardiovascular exercise melts calories away. Yes, it does, if you train at a high enough intensity, or long enough. However, to be on an effective weight loss exercise program, you must combine strength training with cardiovascular training.

Pick any type of aerobic exercise that will get your heart rate up for an extended period of time. Choose whatever you enjoy doing.

Exercise in your target heart rate zone for an extended period time, usually ten minutes or more.

3. Decrease your calories. To lose body fat, and get in shape fast you must consistently incorporate this component as well. If one of the fat loss exercise program components are missing, you will be disappointed, and not see the workout fat loss results you desire.

Start by accounting for everything you put into your mouth. I recommend keeping a food journal so you can see where calories can be eliminated in your diet.

After deciding where you can cut calories, shoot for a decrease of 500 a day. That is not consuming only 500 calories for the whole day, but a decrease of 500 calories from what you already have been consuming.

Keep a very close eye on what you put into your mouth! You must know the caloric value of everything in order to lose body fat fast. Also, begin to understand portion size.

This physical fitness program formula I am revealing is extremely effective as long as you stay consistent. It is imperative you stay consistent week, after week. Just remember, consistency brings amazing fat loss results over time.
