I suspect the sign is accurate!
On one of many trips from Crescent City to San Francisco for medical appointments, my husband Bob and I stopped off in Cloverdale for lunch last week.The entire experience, from looking at the quaintness of the facility, to the wolfing down a couple of delicious bacon cheeseburgers (diet be damned!) and sharing a large order of french fries, to meeting a few of the people enjoying the tables in the shade of a black walnut tree, and chatting with the current owner, Claudia, it was probably the best time we had on the whole trip.
If you find yourself on Highway 101, whether you are heading north or south, I encourage you to pull off at one of the 3 Cloverdale exits and take a look at the town, then stop in at Pick's. You will NOT be disappointed.

- I'll take a cheeseburger, lettuce and tomato and no onion, order of extra crispy fries and an extra large tea. That is my usual order for our old "drive in" called Mac's which unfortunately is just down the road from us. I would love to eat at Pick's. Wonder if they would deliver? Great lens.
