How The Pickup Truck Dump Insert Works
Raised and lowered by a Heavy Duty 1.5 KW (3 HP max) hydraulic pump. The Pickup Truck Dump Insert features a double pivoting removable steel tailgate and is capable of raising from a 0 to 45 degree dump angle to fully unload the cargo.
Standard features on this dump bed include a manual safety bar, 20 foot long' battery power cables, tethered control box with 9 foot long' cord and "body-up" indicator kit. Payload capacity equals 6000 lbs. maximum*, enough for most tasks (.*Weight limits not to exceed manufacturer's gross vehicle weight limits). Stainless Steel Pickup Dump Insert features 304 stainless steel floor and front/side panels for maximum resistance to corrosion. Insert includes 8 stake pockets. Optional items available include Cab Guards, Wall Extension Bracket Kits and Tarp Kits and are all sold separately.

- Wow, that is an awesome idea if you use your truck for any hauling or heavy work. Sure beats shoveling a load of gravel out one shovelful at a time (yea, I did that last year)

- "6 foot bed" I actually thought you meant you could add a camper section to your pickup so that you could sleep overnight on a road trip, now wouldn't that be a good idea?
