Choose an effect from one of their categories (Photo Fun, Magazine Covers or Picture Frames) and upload your own photo. After resizing your photo you can download the fun photo to your hard disk or use it as an avatar.

Pictures4fun is an easy site to use and the magazine collection is a high point for this image editing site. However, there have been few updates in 2011 and it looks like this site is slowing down on the new ideas.
