What's Harmful In Nail Polish?
What isin't!
Nail polish is absorbed into your nails and then gets absorbed into your blood stream. If your pregnant, this can affect your unborn fetus.
According to the Consumer Affairs website, studies warning about the dangers to babies in the womb from chemicals continue to rise. The main ingredients of concern in nail polish include toluene, formaldehyde and phthalates.
I have always thought, if it's advertised unsafe for pregnant women, than it's unsafe period!
