Pineapple Coconut Dream Cake
I love desserts with fruit, and Pineapple is one of my favorites, so I whipped up this treat and it became part of my "favorite" collection.
This Pineapple cake recipe starts with a basic yellow cake mix, and transforms into a dreamy dessert!
Pineapple Dream Cake Ingredients
Start with basic cake mix
1 box yellow cake mix, mixed and baked as directed in 13 x 9 pan
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tub cool whip, defrosted
1 small bag flaked coconut

Putting your Pineapple Dream Cake together
Easy instructions
Once you have baked your cake as directed, let cool.
Poke holes in cake with a fork.
Open can of crushed pineapple and evenly pour over cake.
Put Cool whip evenly over cake
Sprinkle coconut over the whipped cream layer
*You can also toast the coconut by laying out in a cookie sheet and broiling for just a moment
*Keep your cake covered and refrigerated/p>
