I own the Pink Acer Aspire One Notebook and I can tell you that it was one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. The first thing I can say about this laptop is that it is extremely beautiful. The coral pink color works very well, I love it and people around me seem like they can't get enough of it. Every day I hear the same questions "where did you get this"? "I want one of those"? "The pink is soooo cute", "Can I buy it from you"? I am never tired to answer those questions, but with the amount I get on a daily basis, the team is in that book must be doing something right in terms of looks.
Aesthetics aside, the Pink Acer Computer is very powerful, compact, and small and it works really well for what I do on a daily basis.
Light - The Pink Acer Notebook is extremely light, it comes in weighing in just over 2 pounds and this is perfect for people who do not like to be bulked up with those laptops that feel like they weight a ton. This makes it very easy to carry around, especially when you are on the go as it is not heavy.
Small - The Pink Acer Mini Notebook is tiny and I think this is a good thing. It has a 8.9-inch screen and it is so small I can drop it in my handbag without any problems. The screen is a bit small, but It is not so tiny that I cannot see anything.
Power - For its size this is a really powerful laptop. The Pink Acer Laptop that I own comes with 1GB of memory and I am able to surf the net and edit documents without any problems. The computer does not stick or freezes like some machines I have used. It is also very fast and this is good.
Features - It comes with a 8.9-inch CrystalBrite WSVGA LED backlit display that is bright and vibrant. There is a built-in WebCam, that makes video chatting possible. There is no CD-Rom drive, which sucks a bit, but who really uses CDs anymore. There is a multi-memory card reader slot, which acts as an additional story. There is also a big 160GB hard drive. For a laptop this size, it really has a massive hard drive. I am able to store my music and video files without any problems.
Final Analysis
My view on this Pink Acer Aspire AOA150-1690 8.9-Inch Pink Netbook is that it is an excellent buy. You often find that companies who create products that are beautiful and pretty to look at, often have nothing under the hood. This is not the case with the Pink Acer Mini Laptop. It is cute, it is powerful, it is light and I LOVE IT.
This is perfect for a young girl, a teenager and a grown woman as it is works on all levels. If you get this laptop, you will not regret the decision you have made

There are two different types of Pink Aspire One Notebooks available, if you are thinking of purchasing one, you should be aware of the differences. The main difference between them is a size battery that they have. This will be explained in detail below.
Pink Acer Laptop 3-Cell Battery
This laptop comes with a 3-Cell lithium Ion battery. The advantage of this is that the battery is smaller and means that that the laptop will be lighter and not too bulky. The disadvantage of this is that the battery won't last as long compared to a 6-Cell. I had owned laptops in the past and are always the cheaper one with the smaller battery. I thought I was getting a deal but after a few months the battery would not last as long. They claim the 3-Cell gives you 2.5 hours without being connected to a wall socket, however if you have the money and you want more battery time, consider a 6-Cell.
Another advantage is the price. 3-Cell Pink Acer Laptops are much cheaper compared to their 6-Cell counterparts. If you are looking at saving money, then go with the cheaper model.
Pink Acer Laptop 6-Cell Battery
This model Pink Laptop comes with a 6-Cell Lithium-Ion battery. The advantage in having a battery this big is you will be able to use the laptop for a much longer period of time, without being plugged into a wall socket. This is good for people who are on the go and will not have to worry about being plugged in because the battery will die. They say the 6-Cell battery can give up to 4 hours of continuous use before being needed to be plugged in. The biggest disadvantage with having a 6-Cell Pink Acer One Laptop is the size. These laptops are tad bit heavier and bigger than their 3-Cell counterparts. The bulk is a result of the much bigger 6-Cell battery. It does not make it extremely heavy, but it is not as light as the 3-Cell one.
Another disadvantage is the price. The 3-Cell Laptop was almost $130 less than the 6-Cell. This was a considerable price difference; however you get what you pay for. If you want extended battery life and price is not too much of an issue, then you should really consider the 6-Cell laptop.
