Meet Anne Heap - owner of Pink Cake Box

Since the age of six, Anne Heap has had a love for baking that was first inspired by her mother. She studied Pastry Arts at the infamous French Culinary Institute in New York City, and completed an apprenticeship with expert pastry chef, Ron Ben-Israel. Now, more than twenty years later, Anne is the owner of her very own bakery, Pink Cake Box.
