This netbook has a bit deeper color than many of the other pink electronics so if you are going to try and match up similar shades you may have an issue. But if you don't mind having accessories that are not 100% the same color than this notebook could be a good choice for you.
With its dual-core processor and 4 GB of memory you'll find better performance than older netbooks which usually have a single processor and only 2 GB of memory.
What more can I say - It's a Sony VAIO.

I like the 10 hour battery life on this netbook. While I am often near a power supply my son loves to take his netbook ( no he doesn't have this particular model of netbook) with him where ever he goes and when he had a laptop that only had a 4 hour battery life, he'd find himself scrambling for a power source and there always wasn't one available.
Now that he has a netbook with an 8 hour plus life, traveling with it is so much easier.
While the hard drive just holds 250 gigs of info, you do receive 500GB of ASUS web storage, so the combination is actually 750GB, which makes it a good amount.
The Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor will help with multitasking which in the past was hard to do with a netbook as they didn't have enough power.
This netbook does only have 1 GB of memory and while it may be fine for limited use and I would suggest adding 1 more GB.
Even if you have never added memory to a laptop before you will find that it is very easy to do and since memory is so inexpensive it's worth it.
All in all this is a nice little laptop which will fit great in a backpack.

The HP Quick Web is a super cool feature.
With HP Quick Web you can access the Web without having to boot up the systems OS. This saves you time, energy and also battery life.
I think that features like Quick Web will be the next wave of popular features on netbooks but this HP one has it now.
You also have access to the HP Cloud Drive for storing files, videos or your music.
This is a great netbook choice if you will be using the internet a lot!
