Pink - So What

'So What' is the lead single from the fifth Pink album 'Funhouse'. The 'Funhouse' album is to be released on October 28th 2008, 'So What' has already hit the number one spot in the US billboard Hot 100 however and seems certain to hit the top spot in the UK on October 5th also.

'So What' is an uplifting and terrifically charming little track from Pink; once more Pink has managed absolute pop perfection with this one. A biography about Alecia Moore, the artist known as Pink

Alecia Moore has been making music under the name of Pink since 1996 now, her artist name is commonly written down as P!nk and over the course of her first four albums has seen much success as a solo recording artist. Pink has had a number of huge hits and each album has in fact spawned multiple hits singles so far.

In 2001 Pink actually collaborated with a number of different artists in order to record a track for the successful Moulin Rouge movie. The artists she sung with here were Lil' Kim, Christina Aguilera, and also Mya; the single hit the number one spot all around the world and was a huge success for all of these artists. It was actually a cover of the 1974 Labelle track 'Lady Marmalade'; a fine track it was too and one which really helped to further Pink's career and lead her to even greater worldwide success. At the time of recording this track Pink was moderately successful, nothing huge however and it was only after this that she really hit the big time and became a total popworld celebrity.

Pink has to date released four studio albums and on October 28th 2008 is to release her fifth. 'So What' has already been a huge success from the fifth album and given the supreme succulence of this track then I'm sure that her new album will once more be an absolute joy to behold. Always Pink's music is incredibly catchy and she has a real knack for belting out the perfect pop song.

As well as having a career in music; Alecia Moore has also appeared in several films and has shown active support for a number of different charities, particularly PETA. Moore has strong views about the world and this is something that is demonstrated not only in her music but also in the way that she lives her life as always she is prepared to stand up for what she believes in.

Pink's Funhouse album is to be released on October 28th 2008; it's available for pre-order now however and given the quality of 'So What' it would appear that this is an album that is well worth investing in.

Never has P!nk disappointed us yet and I see absolutely no reason whatsoever why she should begin to do so now. Pink is a fantastic artist and when Funhouse is released at the end of the month I'm sure that you'll absolutely love what you hear.

In February 2008 it was announced that Pink and her husband Carey Hart had separated; 'So What' is a track which deals with the break-up of her relationship and this is sure to be the general theme of the 'Funhouse' album on the whole.

Pink is a brilliant artist, and with one successful single already released from the Funhouse album; Alicia Moore's latest album should once more be a fantastic success for her. It's to be her fifth studio album, can she make it five excellent albums in a row though? I believe so, yes.

    I Love Pink and this song. My daughter and I saw her on tour one summer in Vancouver, BC. Her music is too cool. :)

    I sooooo love this track. Everyone who has ever been through a break up knows that there are days that you just want to shout out your Rah! So What! is a fun take on a car crash moment. Wish I had the guts to call my 'former' a tool, (perhaps I just did, So What!)
