Hello there reader! It's so nice of you to stop by. The name's Chic. Pink Chic. Pink Chic 18 - and I'm here to write interesting lenses that hopefully you want to read, like, and share!

I joined the Squidoo community in Summer 2010 and have been active ever since! It's so much fun to build lenses about things that interest me. Not only that, but what's even better is that I now have the opportunity to raise money for charity from the articles that I post! It's a wonderful concept.

Below, I'm going to share with you some of the hot topics that interest me most. Some of them might surprise you. Others might not. You be the judge, and at the end of this lensography - be sure to vote in the exclusive poll!

My Passion for Weddings

Image by Graeme WeatherstonI am at the age where all my friends are getting married, my sisters are getting married... heck, I recently even got married!

So what I often find myself thinking about is all these beautiful wedding accessories.

Whether it's wedding food, wedding cakes, wedding favors, color inspiration, wedding attire, you name it, I probably daydream about it! Listed below are all of my wedding lenses.

Being Healthy

My quest for living healthy didn't start until about a year ago, roughly right after I got married. Weird, right? Most brides attempt to lose weight right before the wedding, I did not.

In actuality, I didn't even care about my weight until I got my wedding pictures back... THEN I started having a concern for my health and body.

Below are some of the lenses I have published on living a healthy lifestyle.

Family & Children

My husband and I haven't started a family yet, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't cross our minds every now and then. In the meantime we have nieces and nephews that we enjoy spending time with. Our friends also have started having children and it's always fun to spend time with kids - no matter what the age.

Living in the Moment

I don't know what it is about changing seasons, but it seems to bring out the love for holidays in me. I love to decorate, party plan, and make crafty things for holidays and events.

Maybe it's the Minnesotan in me, just aiming for down-home comfort.

Either way, I've highlighted a lot of holidays, holiday ideas, holiday foods, holiday crafts, and lots more. Find those lenses below!

CHRISTMAS

Seriously my favorite holiday, Christmas has crept into quite a few of my lenses! I wasn't aware just how many lenses I had done on the topic until I started compiling them for this lensography!

HALLOWEEN

My husband and I have a very busy neighborhood for Halloween. Every year, we have so many trick-or-treaters that we can't even close our door! We have to sit in the door frame for a couple hours just handing out candy to the line that forms. Because it's such a neighborhood event, we've really taken to the holiday. I love doing little creative things for Halloween now, and you'll see that reflected in these lenses!

Of course I couldn't cover every holiday lens that I had into the Halloween and Christmas category, so I had to add a spot for the other holidays that I have lenses for!

Foods, Sweets & Other Treats

Yes, I'll admit that I've got a sweet tooth. No, scratch that - I've got sweet teeth. It seems every time I turn around, I am reaching for chocolate, cookies, or something that's packed with sugar. Nowdays I do so in moderation, but I've got quite a few lenses that are all about the good stuff. You'll see them below.

Passion for Fashion

I admit that I've been called a shopaholic once or twice in my lifetime. My friends may have gotten me a Christmas ornament with "Shopaholic" written on it, my relatives may be appalled that I have a 'purse room' and I maybe... might have a designated closet for my rows of shoes. But who's to say that's a bad thing, even though those are all hypothetical situations - of course.

Everyone has a hobby, mine just happens to be shopping. Thus, fashion. See below.

Birthday Bashes!

For some reason, I get more excited for other people's birthdays but not my own. I'm not sure why that is, but it's just something I've realized over the years.

But I don't mind it actually, I get more joy out of finding them the perfect gift, or party idea. My passion is kids birthdays, but any creative birthday idea is my niche really.

    I liked your lensography very much. My favorite parts of the lens were:

    -categorizing your lenses - this was both eye-catching and user-friendly
    -the amount of lenses you have created - this was both inspiring and intriguing
    -your interesting written content - this was both fun to read and appealing to me, the reader
