Piper Archer

The Piper Archer is part of the Piper Cherokee family. The first Archer aircraft is the PA 28 180 Archer. It is a four place plane with fixed landing gear. It can carry up to 2,450 Pounds (1,111 kg) and was produced in 1972.
The PA 28 181 Archer II is also a four place fixed wing aircraft that can carry a bit more weight then the Archer I at 2,550 pounds (1,157 kg). It came out in 1973 and is very similar to the first Archer except that it has a tapered wing.
The last of the Archers the PA 28 181 Archer III come out in 1994 and is very similar to the Archer II.
These light airplanes were designed for flight training, personal use and air taxi. They are all metal with tricycle landing gear. The Piper Archer aircraft isn't meant for high altitudes so are unpressurized.
