Elizabeth's childhood friend, Will Turner, joins forces with Jack to commandeer the fastest ship in the British fleet, the HMS Interceptor, in a gallant attempt to rescue her and recapture the Black Pearl. Pirate captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) returns to us for the new adventures on the high seas in this dynamic sequel to the previous Gore Verbinski's hit "Pirates of Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl".

Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) is arrested for helping Jack Sparrow. Will is forced to find Jack in his sea wandering and take his magic compass, which can allow Lord Cutler Beckett to gain a mystical control over the awful Davy Jones, Ruler of the Ocean Depths. Meanwhile, it turns out that Jack owes a debt to the Davy Jones, who is a captain of the notorious Flying Dutchman.

Jack finds out, that he is pursued by the Davy Jones's monster, the Kraken, so he finds himself forced to hide overland. Will tracks down Jack and finds out that he and the crew of The Black Pearl has been stranded on some lost island settled by cannibalistic tribe.

Escaping the cannibals, our heroes get out of the frying pan into the fire struggling against both Davy Jones and Lord Beckett. Times are changing on the high seas, when bureaucrats and businessmen take over the sea-robbery. Whereas free pirates like Jack and his crew are under the threat of extinction. But they just don't giving up!
