Romantic Idea #1: Leave a long stem rose where your partner will find it, with a note on it saying:
"thank you for coming into my life!"

Romantic Idea #2: Go for a walk on the beach. trace a big heart shape on the sand and sit with your partner inside the heart and watch the beautiful sunset together.

Romantic Idea #3: Buy 11 real red roses and one artificial red rose and give it to your partner with a note which says
"I will love you until the last rose fades!"

Romantic Idea #4 : When your partner is about to go out, tell her you are worried about her so you have organized a bodyguard
to look after her. Then give her a small teddy bear.

Romantic Idea #5: Buy a packet of glow in the dark stars and stick the stars on the roof above to spell out a message such as "I love you".When the lights go down, your message will be revealed.

Romantic Idea #6: Buy a stylish hand mirror and give to your partner as a gift. Include a card in the box saying..
"In this mirror you will see the image of the most beautiful woman in the world"

Ingredients:

* 1 package (1/4 ounce size) unflavored gelatine
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 2 eggs, separated
* 1 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
* 3 drops red food coloring
* 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

In a medium saucepan (off the stove), combine gelatine, 1/4 cup sugar and salt; mix well and reserve.

In a medium bowl, beat together egg yolks and milk; add to gelatine mixture. Cook gelatine and egg mixture in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatine dissolves and mixture thickens slightly - about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add peppermint extract. Add food coloring and mix. Chill in refrigerator until mixture is slightly thicker than the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add remaining sugar and beat until very stiff, then fold into gelatine mixture; fold in whipped cream. Turn into a 5-cup heart-shaped mold; chill until firm.
