The first option is pretty good for people who likes it the old fashioned way with teachers and assignments to boot. It's also for those who have a lot of cash to spare. The second option is good for people who likes the DIY route and likes to take charge of their time and learn it at whatever pace they choose. This option will generally costs significantly less because most of the materials you will get with this option are information sent via the electronic route.
