Ranked #7,470 in Arts & Design, #122,605 overall
Step by Step Tutorial!
This is a tutorial for creating ballet tutu from repurposed plastic grocery bags. There are several great things about making this tutu: you will make something that will entertain your kids without any money spent, you'll reuse some of the plastic you gathered over time, and most importantly - your girl will love it!

Step 1. Gather your supplies. You'll need 15-20 plastic bags, scissors, ribbon.
You can use all white bags or plastic bags in different colors, depending on your own preferences.
Make sure that ribbon is long enough for your child's waist.
