    Great idea! I have seen throw rugs made from plastic bags, but this is the first tutu! Thanks for sharing.

    This is a fabulous recycling craft and a really cute idea - I will share this with my daughter who knits bags into shopping totes as another way to use up those plastic bags and save money.

    I am going to do this with my little girl tomorrow, she thinks she's a fairy, this morning she wanted me to put on her fanciest dress. This inexpensive and creative tutu is a perfect and very creative idea!
