Ways to Maximize Workout Results for Continued Weight Loss
Some people refrain from changing their workout routines even after reaching the plateaus stage. This makes their body and metabolism adjust and adapt to it.. Therefore, it is always suggested to look for ways to eliminate the plateau effect so as to maximize any workout results.There are numerous ways by which you can maximize your workout results. Some of them are as follows:
1. You should go for workouts based upon body weight exercises. There are various exercises that depend upon body weight such as pull ups, dips, push ups and core exercises. There are several combinations that can be tried so as to differentiate and maximize your workout results for weight loss.
2. It is usually better to workout incorporating a Swiss ball into your exercise. You can maximize your workout results with a Swiss ball by hitting a specific muscle group.
3. You should utilize negative resistance exercises. Bands and weights can help to create negative resistance.
4. You can try endurance exercises in which you have to hold a weight or maintain a position for a specific time period.
5. You should try a burnout in order to eliminate the plateau effect and maximize workout results. For this you can start at 80% of your maximum and increase it. You should go for as many reps as you can and then rest for a while say 30 seconds. Then perform the same thing again and so on. Push yourself.
6. It is also always better to rotate routines by doing time based workouts and/or different weight or repetitions. Confuse the body and make it perform..
7. You should base your workout around one full body exercise. This can be done intensely for about 20 minutes. Then target specific muscle groups.
