    To me, these are not beds to sleep on but works of art to be dusted and admired. You will need a large bedroom to accomodate any of them. Probably better to put in family room as lounge.

    back in the late eighties and early 90's national mount airy hplatform bed which was wood with a 3 or 4 inch rail around the platform and the corners were brass

    anyone with info on where I can either get the bed or pics to have it made would be my hero for life

    I LOVE platform beds!!! I want one sooooooooo bad. However, I cannot decided which style I like the best and whether or not I should attempt to make it or splurge and buy it. It's good to see there are other people like me. I thought my obsession about this was a little crazy. Take care

    To really show off a plateform bed, you need a big bedroom. Unfortunately I don't. They are so sleek and classy.

    I think the canopy beds are so romantic but these are right up my alley. I slept on a box springs/mattress combo on the floor for years.These have that great "low profile" but much classier.

    I have an online bed store called British Beds. That is the reason why I came to this lens. I liked the way you presented the beds. The platform bed displayed in is elegant, but seems to be a little costly
