Oversize Furniture
Finding oversize furniture (Plus Size Furniture) can be difficult, if you don't know where to look. If you've ever been plus sized, you may have squeezed into movie seats, squished yourself into airline seats, and even tried to cram into ride seats at amusement parks.
I've been plus sized for the past 20 years, and while I exercise regularly, my bottom happens to be larger than average. I appreciate a seat that I can fit into comfortably.
Let me mention right now- Disney is great for Pooh-shaped people, where as Busch Gardens thinks we only come in one slender size, and while I have room in Disney coasters, Busch Garden coasters had me crammed in like a piece of cheese!
I was over the moon when Trump Plaza in Atlantic City refurbished one of their restaurants to include full size chairs with ample room for me- their paying client. Their old chairs left me feeling oversized, and wanting to apologize for my shape. Their new chairs let me think about how much I'm enjoying my experience at the restaurant; and doesn't leave me thinking about the chair I'm sitting on.
It matters. If you're not of a larger size, you may not think about this stuff. If you're larger like I am, then you understand exactly what I'm talking about! I want to sit somewhere comfortably!
