Plymouth Barracuda - The Coolest Muscle Car Ever
The Plymouth Barracuda started out as a simple A-body in 1964, but by the time it was switched over to an E-body for 1970 it was one of the most powerful muscle cars on the road. The 1970 through 1974 versions of the car are among the most popular. The rarest and most expensive classic Plymouth Barracudas are those with the 426 Hemi engine.
Perhaps the rarest Barracuda was the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda convertible paired with the 426 drag Hemi engine. This car was featured on the cop TV show Nash Bridges starring Don Johnson and that Cheech guy from Cheech and Chong, although the actual car used was a 1971 model (they referred to it as a 1970 Barracuda).
