    I agree with watkins-lady, going for a walk makes me feel better, but when I'm in the moment, I want the chocolate! LOL

    I know, I love chocolate too! I just don't like the effects of the sugar and lard and all the junk that is in commercial chocolate bars... it's so much better to get the raw cacao and use that, if we can. Cocoa is good too - you only need a little to feel satisfied.

    Wonderful lens, I like chocolate too but I've found going for a walk really does help me feel better.
