Polka Dot Umbrella

Umbrella's of course come in a variety of styles and there are quite a few of them on this page.

Some will collapse to sizes small enough to carry in a purse or pocket. These are great for travel or for anyone who doesn't want to carry more than absolutely necessary. On the other hand, some of these polka dot umbrellas will be full sized stick umbrellas. These tend to be sturdier and in some instances, will last longer as the frame and shaft will have fewer joints to potentially malfunction.

These umbrellas will also come in a variety of sizes. While a 32" diameter will provide good coverage to keep you dry, a larger canopy can provide even more security in rain or in allowing you to walk with someone else. Kids umbrellas of course need to be scaled down to their size.

If you're concerned about performance, then the construction of the umbrella can be important. Certainly a wood or metal handle will not break as easily as a plastic one. Fiberglass is often lighter than wood. Metal shafts are sturdy but can be bent.

Color and design are important to us as well. Some of these polka dot umbrellas are very feminine, including a ruffle trim and pastel colors. Others are more urban with black and white polka dots or designer patterns. The color and design you want is a matter of personal taste.
