What is Polymer Clay?
Polymer clay is a sculptable material based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It usually contains no clay minerals, and is only called "clay" because its texture and working properties resemble...
Introducing Sagit Levi from Sigaliot
"Hi and welcome to my gallery! My name is Sagit and I'm a polymer clay artist. I'm in clay business for almost 6 years now and love every minute! My work characterized by strong and happy colors. Wander around my gallery is like being in a color jungle (or heaven if you're like me). I love color as you can see and I love to combine colors that in the first look appear unmatchable. It's so fun to play with color, explore it and discover new combinations all the time.
Design in general is in my soul and it always have been. Since I was a little girl I always created something, I had to! So after so many years of crafting I went to learn building architecture and then the love for accuracy born. I love creativity and have a lot of respect to creative people, those who takes familiar material and create a whole new and innovative art or product. When I see a good design and it doesn't matter if it's interior design, polymer clay or another art, I really truly get so exited that I want to scream!
Beside polymer clay I love to draw and design furniture (and also build them with my husband). My best relaxation is with a good cup of coffee and a design magazine. So now you know me a little bit and I hope you'll enjoy my happy & colorful gallery."

Introducing Ronit Golan
"My Creation process is like a romantic comedy movie - it always has a Happy Ending."
"Color is everything. It is Taste. It is Harmony. It is a feeling. It is nature. Color is breathing. When working with color I feel it by breathing it unconsciously. When I combine some colors together I feel my breathing, if it smooth - then the colors are balanced, if it stops - then there is no balance."
"I have to be amused with my creation process, feel excited like a child, like the first time I'm doing it ever, like I just discovered something new, I have to feel stimulated like I never want to stop. And then I feel joy. Somehow all of those feelings are 'melt' into my creations and finally reflects Happiness. Can you feel it?"
Introducing Hagit Shechter Hurvitz
Found on Hagit's flickr profile and translated from her website.
On my website and Flickr gallery you can find a whole world of inner fantasy, expressed in various forms, textures, and styles.
My main technique is millefiori. In this technique, I assemble a tube made of a few colored strands. Sliced together, they create an exact pattern all the way across, like sushi. As I cut the tube into identical slices, the real party begins - combining the slices and creating a finished product."
