Salad With Pomegranate Seeds
¾ bowl of salad leaves according your taste
Seeds os a big pomegranate
½ cup of cottage cheese
¼ cup of chopped pecan nuts or pine nuts
Ingredients for the dressing
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsps of wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of lemon juice
Preparation
- Put all ingredients together in a bowl, then go along to prepare the sweet mustard dressing
- Whisk the dressing ingredients until good commingled. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and mix everything. Serve immediately.
