- Yes, pomegranate is a super fruit. My husband has been drinking it for years for his prostate problems. It's packed with nutrients. You have a very colorful and informative lens. Thanks for sharing!

- Great stuff. I have been eating this fruit since I was a kid and before it was chic. I like the tart potency of it although it does tend to stain your fingers when eating them by hand.

- We have three pomegranate trees, but the fruit is about half the size of yours. Our hummingbirds love the flowers, though. Welcome to Culinary Favorites From A to Z.
