I have a fantastic idea for a lens - Oh Poo
Have you had one of those days when you find out your original idea has been done a hundred times before? Well I have those days!
I get this really great idea for a squidoo Lens only to find out its already been done. Now if thats not bad enough...
Some times I find out after I have worked for a few days to create a really great original thought lens. Oh, Poo.
What is Poo? It is when you are trying to be politically correct or family oriented. Instead of proclaiming "s..t" you say "Poo"
Ok, enough is enough ... I am going to start giving awards for my a little late ideas ... The Poo Awards.
Was This The Origin Of The Term Poo
The word "Poo" has reached a point of being in most peoples vocabulary today - the phenomena is probably do to "Dirty Jobs" starring Mike Rowe
Michael Gregory "Mike" Rowe () (born March 18, 1962) is an American media personality. He is the host of the Discovery Channel's Dirty Jobs, as well as the narrator for other programs on the Discovery Channel, including The Ultimate Fighter, Deadliest Catch, and Ghost Lab.
Criteria For The Poo Awards
1. I need to have a genius of an Idea that I thought no one else would have.
2. I need to realize there already is a great lens on my genius Idea ... not just a lens a great lens
There will be two different classes of awards given.
First on the Scene:
This category of Poo Awards will be given to the Lens that is best of Idea, when I found the lens before I created my own lens for that topic.
Second Place Winner:
These will be those obnoxious lenses that seem to appear out of nowhere. In other words a really great lens already existed for my genius idea, but I was not genius enough to search before I took the time and effort to create a lens.

- I should be the one saying 'Oh Poo.' I had planned to add heat unit info on my pepper lens and see that you've beat me to it. You're now proudly featured on my lens. Incidentally, my goal is to feature 5 related lenses on each of my alphabet series lenses, so I'm always excited to see another lens on my topic!
