Pool Solar Panels - Heating Your Swimming Pool For Year-Round Enjoyment

There are several good and inexpensive ways to heat your pool during the colder months using the power of the sun.  One of the ways to do this is to install swiming pool solar panels that are non electrical in nature but instead are darly colored hose enclosures that capture and retain heat radiated from the sun.  This in turn heats the water in the hoses and keeps it warm.

These devices are usually placed on a rack alongside the swimming pool and installed at an angle that would recieve the most sunlight.  The hoses are then attached to the pools filtration or water replenishment system so that the warm water flows into the pool.  This seems to me a very efficient way of saving electricity as opposed to electrical pool heating systems and can als be used in conjuntion with the electrical heaters.

Another method of heating a swimming pool using solar power is using a clear, tent like cover over the pool during colder weather. These help to both capture the sun's energy, (kind of like a green house) and keeps the temperature above the water at a higher temperature.     I agree with the majority of the poster's opinion. While, after searching information on air water heat pumps in recent days, I find that in the field of heat pump water heaters, "wave" is an excellent brand. Just google "wave heat pump" to see something valuable.
