    I'm also a poppy painter, in watercolor, and I find a great joy in painting poppies, I think I could paint poppies for the rest of my life and never get bored! What a joy to have found another lens dedicated to poppies! I love your work! Thank you for sharing!

    I love poppies (and have painted a few myself)!! Yours are glorious. Have you ever painted the elusive blue poppy? A friend of mine actually saw one during her travels somewhere around the Himalayas, I think...Thanks for sharing your artwork!

    Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Like the ladies on your blog, I am rather overwhelmed by the beauty here. Thank you for sharing. When I saw Center of the Sun, I immediately wanted to see it bigger. I did see a slightly bigger version at the blog; it just about took my breath away. It's beyond beautiful.

    Beautiful lens .........i also love popy as it gives color option and beautiful too i grow then through Flower Box as we van switch them eaisly one place to another and thus we can combine colorful flowers..

    Gorgeous Papavers! 5 stars. The Center of the Sun painting is my favorite, because you haven't framed it within a background. It's just the sudden burst of bright flower.
