If you like meatballs you'll love this!!
Porcupine Meatballs
Simple and fast!
1 pound hamburger
1 cup cooked rice
1 large bag egg noodles
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
*for those of you who do not like cream of mushroom, you can't really tell that it's cream of mushroom once mixed in the proper way*
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix raw hamburger with the cooked rice and form meatballs. Brown them in skillet and transfer to a large casserole dish.
2)Mix cream of mushroom and tomato soup in a medium bowl and pour over meatballs.
3)Cover dish (you can use aluminum foil if you do not have a lid) bake at 350 degrees for aprox. 30 minutes.
4)While baking meatballs cook egg noodles. When meatballs are done serve over egg noodles. You can also add a vegetable (as a side dish)
