A Shopping List for Making Boneless Pork Loin Roast
Pork Loin is a very lean cut.
Ingredient List for this Pork Roast recipe
3 or 4 lb. Boneless Pork Loin Roast
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
4 or 5 slices bacon
You'll need these kitchen items to make Pork Loin Roast
You need to have the right kitchen tools for the job.

Waxed Paper
Meat Thermometer
Roasting Pan OR
9 x 13 pan with roasting rack
If you don't have a roasting rack you can chop carrots, onions and celery, and place the pork loin on this bed of vegetables.
Cooking Instructions for Pork Loin Roast
Dish it up and serve your pork roast on a nice serving platter.
How to make Pork Roast
Mix all the spices and the bread crumbs together and spread on a sheet of waxed paper. Roll the roast in the spices and crumbs and place on a rack for roasting. Place bacon slices on top of roast. Roast at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
Make sure you don't over cook a pork loin or it will be dry and tough because it is so lean.
