Why war in Palestine?

The fate of the Palestinian people has NOTHING TO DO with Israel, with Jews, or with any ideology, for that matter. They will see it has all been created by business - business interests, business transactions, scientific research and experiments with business in mind. There is also Banks' involvement, Media and Church involvement, not to mention business bribes and other payouts.

Why War? Why Palestine

Understanding conflict

The message in my book represents views based on experience gained, not just from reading but from first hand experience as a Peace Worker, Peace Activist, and Peace Campaiger in regular contact with people from many troubled areas of the world.

Religions separate communities

Ordinary people do not seek war.

90% of the Jewish population of Israel is non-religious, non-kosher and couldn't care less whether their neighbours practice Judaism, any other religion or none. Theistic religions are, as I often say, the 'Poison of the World', the cause of most human conflicts. By 'religions' I mean the people who started them, who control them; they divide society, they separate populations, they declare 'other religions' are not good and do not have the Truth.

Why are good people being killed?

What crime have they committed?

Those who care about Palestine ask in bewilderment why, if Muslims are good people, why are they being killed in Gaza? Why are they being starved to death? What crime have they done to deserve this?' Such questions come from an ill-informed, unreal world, of fantasy, of science-fiction. It is very sad. These people do not ask what have the people of Iraq done, or what have the people of Uganda, Angola, Sudan, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal, Tibet, Indonesia, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Bosnia Herzegovina, etc, etc, etc, etc, done. Are the people of those countries also not good people? Why do they have to suffer, to be displaced, homeless and starving?

I object to Violence

The evil violence does is permanent

A few words uttered by Mahatma Gandhi sum it up:'I object to violence because when it appears to do good, the good is only temporary; the evil it does is permanent.'

Painting of Gandhi by Norma Procter.

Media frenzy

Money from human tragedy

It sometimes seems to me as if the media and peace commentators like to see the Palestinian people being attacked, wounded and killed by the Israeli, and Palestinian homes and other buildings been destroyed by bulldozers or bombs! The warfare stimulates protest and gives journalists and peace groups something to be furious about, something to write about, shout about.

However, the fact that out if this human and material tragedy some Palestinian and Israeli politicians are making lots of money for themselves, just the way Arafat and Sharon did earlier in the history of the region, does not seem to create the least concern.
